  • Responsilble for whole F & B area (1 restaurant, 2 bars) for 300 passengers
  • Training, leading and motivation 35 chinese crew members
  • Responsible for inventory and orders
  • Responsible for organisation and controlling of F&B events
  • Guarantee of Viking Standards in restaurant and bars
  • Education in the tourism sector
  • Several years experience in the higher catering trade
  • Very good knowledge of german and english language written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Microsoft-office
  • Communication skills, motivation, flexible, reliable
  • Between 30 - 40 years old
