  • Co-responsible for entire bar and lounge operations
  • Personal guest service
  • Service in bar, lounge and sundeck
  • Co-responsible for daily mise-en-place and mixing of drinks according to instructions
  • Co-responsible for daily settlement of accounts
  • Assist in loading and ordering goods
  • Co-responsible for cleanliness in bar and lounge areas
  • Secondary School education
  • At least 1 year of Bartending experience
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Customer-oriented
  • At least 20 years old
