  • Active selling in Bar
  • Responsible for daily mise-en-place and mixing of drinks according to instructions
  • Responsible for ordering in cooperation with the Head Waiter
  • Costing and budgeting of the bar area
  • Daily settlement of bar cash register
  • Education in Bar service
  • At least one year of Bar service
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Customer-oriented
  • At least 25 years old
