Areas of responsibility:
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel area
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lobby
  • Responsible for laundry services (internal/external)
  • Supervise and train staff in maintaining cleanliness of the hotel area
  • Ordering and budget control in cooperation with the hotel manager
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Viking standards according to the service catalogue
  • Constantly attending to passengers
  • Greeting guests at check-in and check-out
  • Tending to potted plants and cut flowers on board
  • Assist in cleaning cabins if necessary
  • Full qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or position of leadership
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Protel a plus
  • Customer-oriented
  • At least 25 years old
