  • Supervising and motivating hotel staff
  • Constant attention to passengers
  • Control of hotel cost and budget
  • Supervise ordering
  • Ensure compliance with all standards in the hotel area
  • Cooperate with Captain and nautical staff
  • Education in Hotel management
  • Leadership experience
  • Food & Beverage experience
  • Ship experience a plus
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Protel and Abacus a plus
  • Customer-oriented
  • At least 28 years old
